3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Enquiries and Contact Form

Data collected: Name, email address, and any information you include in your message, submitted via our Contact Us form.

Purpose: To respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Consent — Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Section 19; necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, where the enquiry concerns a potential booking.

3.2 Room Reservations

Data collected on this site: Check-in/check-out dates, room type, and number of guests selected in the booking widget.

To complete a booking, you are transferred to our booking engine, operated by Travelanium, at reservation.travelanium.net. Travelanium collects and processes your name, contact details, and payment information directly — this Website does not itself collect or store your payment card details. Please refer to Travelanium’s own privacy policy for how they handle your data during checkout.

Purpose: To process and manage your reservation.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract — PDPA Section 24(1).

3.3 WhatsApp and Social Media

Clicking our WhatsApp contact link opens a chat via WhatsApp (operated by Meta), and our Instagram feed embed and Instagram link are provided by Meta. If you use these, your interaction is also governed by Meta’s own privacy policy.

3.4 Website Analytics and Cookies

Data collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and session data, collected via Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.

Purpose: To understand how visitors use this Website and improve it.

Legal basis: Consent, obtained via the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit — PDPA Section 19.

• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — for website analytics, where you have given consent.
• Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) — only if you choose to interact with our WhatsApp or Instagram links/embeds.
• Cloudflare — our security and anti-spam/bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile), used to protect our contact form from automated abuse.
• Compass Hospitality group companies, where necessary for hotel operations.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to your enquiry or manage your reservation, and as required to meet our legal, accounting, and tax record-keeping obligations under Thai law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion or anonymization of your data; withdraw consent at any time; and object to or restrict certain processing.
